Our approach is progressive, accountable, and tailored to you. We don’t use generic timelines; we progress through clear, criteria-based progressions, underpinned by objective testing. It’s the same performance system used within elite sport, designed to reduce re‑injury risk and get athletes back to competing with confidence.
High quality strength training is non-negotiable in rehab. Strength is the engine of safe movement: it restores limb symmetry and rebuilds the power and deceleration qualities sport demands. Injury shouldn’t stop your training; it should allow you to still train like an athlete, and develop other areas of fitness and strength, all whilst rehabbing your injury. At Viktus, we follow a “Chassis First,” approach, before layering in load, speed and sport‑specific demands. Movement quality before load, load before speed. That’s how we create resilient bodies that tolerate training and competition.

We test, analyse and review your movements, load, and rehab data to inform your goals and next steps. Clear, criteria based progressions, and data-informed decision making that move you forward, week after week.
Who’s it for
Junior Age-groups, Amateur Club or Competitive Masters Athletes rehabbing from knee (including ACL), hamstring and groin strains, ankle/foot issues, shoulder injuries, as well as chronic overload problems such as lower back pain that keeps derailing your training. If you’re serious about coming back better than before, this is for you.
How the Rehab Coaching works
Each week, at the same time and on the same day, you will take part in a structured strength and conditioning session led by one of our coaches. You will train alongside up to five other athletes in a session that includes a full warm‑up, individualised injury‑rehab work, lower and/or upper body strength training that can be completed around your injury, and focused trunk development. All exercises will be individualised to your sport and your rehab results to ensure we get you back doing what you love most.

Train in an environment designed to rebuild athletic strength, power, and resilience. Every session is coached by experts who understand both rehabilitation and performance, ensuring you move well, load safely, and progress with confidence.
Individualised Programmes tailored to your Injury and Sport
You’ll receive a personalised programme aligned to your goals, your sport’s demands, and your current stage of rehab. All delivered through the Train Heroic app, so you always know what to do, how to do it, and how to progress.
Ongoing Coaching Feedback and Performance Tracking
Each week, you receive tailored coaching insights to fine‑tune technique and reinforce good training habits. We test, measure, and track your progress so you can see your strength, symmetry, movement quality, and readiness improve over time.

Your programme is delivered via a training app with simple video guidance and session logging, so coaches can monitor quality, progression and readiness, and hold you to the standard required for high performance.
Coaching That Bridges Rehab & Performance
Hands-on coaching to engineer sound mechanics (squat, hinge, single-leg, push, pull), then reload safely with progressive strength and power; all under the guidance of our experienced coaching team.
