Two programme levels to develop your athletic performance; each of which will be tailored to your performance goal and sport. Not sure which one is right for you then take Our Survey and find out.
Our programmes run in 4-week blocks with either a 30′ coaching call weekly, or monthly during week 4. See our How We Work page for more details regarding our programming and Earn the Right process.
Foundations Strong
A progressive programme to bullet-proof your chassis, with targeted work towards your hips, trunk, and shoulders. Focusing on mastering the fundamental movement patterns whilst progressively adding load.
- Learn to move well with appropriate load and Earn the Right to more intense strength training methods.
- Competency Based (progression-regression system), so you choose the appropriate level for you to progress from.
- Balanced programming to ensure your workload is distributed to the areas our bodies break down most.

Performance Strong
A progressive programme that incorporates traditional barbell lifts to develop the strength required to tolerate the demands of your sport, whilst improving your athletic performance.
- Earn the Right to New 1RM’s in the Key Lifts.
- Progressive Accessory Work to develop the required structural adaptations that will advance your lifts and apply your strength in your sport.
- Targeted chassis work exercises to ensure attention is paid to the areas that are vulnerable to break down.
