How the Performance Coaching works
Each week, at the same time and on the same day, you will take part in a structured strength and conditioning session led by one of our coaches. You will train alongside up to five other athletes in a session that includes a full warm-up, injury-resilience work, lower and upper body strength training, and focused trunk development. All exercises will be individualised to your sport and your testing results to ensure you’re working on the parts that matter most.

Weekly, In-Person Small-Group Coaching
Train in a performance environment designed to build athletic strength, power and robustness. Every session is coached by specialists who understand how to develop performance safely and progressively, so you move well, load appropriately and progress with confidence.
Individualised Programming Aligned to Your Sport
Receive a personalised programme mapped to your competition calendar, your position/event demands and your current physicality markers. Your programme is delivered via an app Train Heroic, so you always know what to do, how to do it and how to progress, with integrated video guidance and session logging included.
Ongoing Coaching Feedback & Performance Tracking
Get tailored coaching insights each week to sharpen technique and reinforce high-performance habits. We track your sessions weekly and monitor objective performance data quarterly so you can see improvements in strength, symmetry, and power development improve over time.
