Adolescence is a critical window for physical development, yet it’s also when young athletes become most vulnerable to injury and inconsistent performance. Growing bodies face increasing sport demands, pressure to perform, and higher injury risk unless they’re supported with structured physical preparation that teaches them to move well, resist injury, and unlock their full athletic potential. At Viktus, we take an “Earn the Right” approach, helping athletes master foundational movement quality before building strength, speed, and power in a safe, progressive way.

Earn the Right System

As training loads for your child increase and competition becomes more demanding, a strong athletic foundation becomes essential. By developing proper movement mechanics, strength, and injury resilience early, you will support your child to be better prepared to handle the physical demands of their sport, reduce their risk of injury, and continue progressing with confidence.
Open to athletes aged 13 – 18 years old.
How the Athlete Development Academy works
Each week, at the same time and on the same day, your athlete will take part in a structured strength and conditioning session led by one of our coaches. They will train alongside up to eleven other athletes in a session that includes a full warm-up, injury-resilience work, lower and upper body strength training, and focused trunk development.

Weekly In-Person Coaching & Individualised Programming
Every athlete receives hands-on-coaching, a tailored training programme, and personalised feedback to guide their progression and reinforce correct technique week after week.
Master the Key Movement Patterns and Progress Safely
Athletes learn how to squat, hinge, lunge, push, and pull with precision, the foundations of all athletic performance. We teach athletes how to choose the right weights, understand load selection, and apply progressive overload safely. This builds autonomy, confidence, and long-term training competency.
Quarterly Progress Tracking & Data-Driven Benchmarks
Performance isn’t left to guesswork. We measure strength, power, movement quality, and physical robustness every quarter, giving athletes and parents clear insight into improvement and readiness for higher-level sport.
