Every session is coached by Strength and Conditioning specialists who understand how to develop performance safely and progressively, so your athletes move well, load appropriately and progress with confidence.  We track each athlete’s session data and monitor objective performance data quarterly, so you can always be inside the programme and each athlete’s progress in strength, symmetry, and power development over time.

Individualised Programming Aligned to the Sport
Each athlete receives a personalised programme mapped to your competition calendar, and their individual performance goals.  The programmes are delivered via the app Train Heroic, so the athletes always know what to do, how to do it and how to progress, with integrated video guidance and session logging included.

Comprehensive Testing of Strength, Power, and Injury Resilience
We assess the key physical qualities that underpin performance in your sport.  From force production and power to robustness. Every test is chosen with your club’s sporting demands in mind.  Either completed within the Strength and Conditioning sessions or completed as a separate service quarterly.
